A shoot-em-up where Rambo shoots at enemy soldiers. Fight a tank-like boss at the end of each level. This game was based on the popular movie.

This game runs on Taito's B-System architecture, and is the only game that takes advantage of the architecture's special graphics features (hardware sprite scaling, rotation, etc.).
